The website is owned and operated by Vibe Surfboards Pty Ltd (ABN 82166496519 ), trading as “Vibe Surfboards”.
Vibe Surfboards may modify this terms and conditions at any time without notice, effective upon its posting to the website.
Modifications to the Service and Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
Delivery
Once the order has been processed it may take from 5 to 10 days to manufacture. However, factors including but not limited to artwort and holiday periods can affect the time of completion and delivery of a surfboard.
Vibe Surfboards will not be held accountable for late deliveries, but we will do our best to ensure the surfboard gets to you as quick and safe as possible. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part of your order may be delivered at different times. For example, your fins might arrive prior to your surfboard, in different packaging. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address and also specify in the notes if there is any instruction to the truck drivers. Vibe Surfboards cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
Artwork
Surfboards images and colours may vary when being viewed on a computer screen. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Pick up Surfboards
You can choose to pick up your board. You will be notified via email when your surfboard is ready to be picked up. The address will be specified on your confirmation email. Please make sure you bring some id or the confirmation e-mail.
Shipping and Rates
Surfboard orders will be shipped as soon as they are finished being manufactured. Once completed delivery takes approximately 2 to 11 business days. Delivery time will vary depending on the distance from the manufacturer. Please note that Vibe Surfboards won’t be held accountable for late deliveries. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail containing your itemized order, shipping carrier, tracking number, and estimated arrival date. Delivery to a business is always recommended.
If you live in country sides or remote areas , your order will be send to the closest depot to be picked up by the client.
The shipping rates will be calculated by region at check
Unfortunately we currently do not offer international shipping, please contact us if it’s the case.
Changes to Orders and Cancellations
Once your order has been processed and paid, we do not guarantee that any changes can be made as your order may be too far into the manufacturing process. Ensuring that your order is correct on the checkout page is the best way to save any disappointment at a later date. We advise you carefully to read through everything you have selected on our checkout page to ensure you are happy with your order prior finalizing the purchase.
Refunds and Returns
All surfboards are manufactured for each individual customer. Unfortunately, we do not refund or exchange for change of mind. In case you have received a surfboard that was different from what you have included in your order form (example: wrong size) please contact us within 5 working days of receiving the surfboard to arrange the return and refund. Therefore, we strongly advise you to check your surfboard as soon as it’s been delivered and keep the wrapping and box in case it needs to be sent back
Surf accessories and clothing – in case of an incorrect item being shipped out please contact us. Once product has been returned by customer and inspected, the new product will be sent out
